All regular parcel deliveries are sent by Australia Post.  All pricing includes tracking and insurance.  A tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel leaves our warehouse.  Contact our customer service if the order has not been received within 5-7 days: online@denmandapkos.com.au  or 02 6547 2204.

Australia Post do not hold parcels for longer than 1 week.

Regular parcel deliveries usually leave between 24-48 hours (working days) from when the order is placed unless the product is not in stock.  If the product is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified within 24-48 hours to provide an updated ETA.

If you give authority to leave your parcel, you accept all responsibility for any parcel that goes missing once left.
Once we have confirmation that your parcel was left at your address, our liability and insurance coverage ends.  We also cannot be responsible for errors with parcel being left at the wrong address.

We don’t ship overseas under the terms and conditions found on our website. We are happy to ship overseas on a negotiated shipping rate which we can quote to you directly.

  1. For purchases up to $99.95, there is a standard $15 freight charge
  2. Purchases over $100 are freight-free
  3. All clothing and boot purchases are FREIGHT FREE.

Yes you can make alternative freight arrangements and pick your items up at our location at 38 Ogilvie St Denman NSW 2328 between the hours of:

8.30am -5.00pm Mon-Fri


9.00am – 12.00 noon Sat
